Refund and Returns Policy


Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days for annual memberships and 7 days for monthly memberships. If the applicable terms have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items and those purchased with coupons cannot be refunded.
